Pro Chord provides guitar chords, lyrics, and tabs for educational and personal use.

  • The musical compositions, lyrics, and tabs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and copyright holders.
  • You may not use the content provided on Pro Chord for commercial purposes without obtaining the necessary permissions from the copyright holders.
  • We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content violates your copyright, please contact us for removal.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our service, you agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Attempt to exploit, harm, or abuse the platform, including engaging in automated scraping, spamming, or launching DDoS attacks.

We do not warrant that the chord transcriptions are 100% accurate.

In no event shall Pro Chord, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
