Need help with the Pro Chord app, your account, or song content? Email us and include the device you use and a short description of the problem.

If sign-in fails, confirm that you are online and retry with the same Apple or Google account originally used for Pro Chord. When contacting support, do not send passwords, verification codes, or private authentication credentials.
Delete your account
In the app, open your account settings, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps. If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address linked to your Pro Chord account and request account deletion.
Song corrections and requests
Use the correction or request options in Pro Chord when available. You can also email support with the song title, artist, and the specific chord or lyric that needs attention.
